PRODUCT DELIVERY OPTIONS OFFERED


Shipments are posted from Monday to Friday

COURIER DELIVERY

The time of delivery is usually 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri).
In the case of smaller towns, the delivery date may be extended.
The recipient each time receives an e-mail and SMS notification about the shipment.

The courier must deliver the package to the address indicated on the consignment note. He can call the client, but it is not obligatory.
The store is not responsible for non-delivery due to providing incorrect or incomplete customer data.

POLISH POST

The deadline for delivery is 2 business days.
If the recipient provides a telephone number when placing an order, he will receive an SMS notification with the parcel number and delivery date.
The courier makes one delivery attempt.
In the absence of the recipient, the courier leaves a notification, and the parcel waits for the next 7 days at the PA provided in the notification.
Couriers deliver packages within the following hours:
- for companies 8-16
- to private persons: 8-20.

It is possible to collect the parcel at the Post Office (Poste Restatne).
When placing the order, please enter the information "pick up at the point" in the comments field and the address of the Post Office.

IN POST

Delivery takes 1-2 business days. If the parcel is not successfully delivered, another delivery attempt is made on the next day or, with the consent of the recipient, the parcel is handed over to the nearest Parcel Service Center. The recipient of the shipment may also use the free option of dynamic parcel redirection to a parcel locker, parcel service point or to a neighbor.

IMPORTANT!

When collecting the parcel, make sure that the parcel is not damaged.
In the event of obvious damage, a damage report should be prepared immediately with the courier, stating the exact information in it
regarding the condition of the shipment, damage and shortages. If possible, we recommend that you compare the actual weight before opening the package
with the declared on the documents, as well as make photographic documentation.
When the parcel has no obvious damage, but raises any doubts, it is best to accept the package with the so-called subject
and possibly in the case of actual damage, contact the branch or courier to write a report.
