COMPLAINTS

Dear customer, in order to quickly resolve the complaint, please:

1 . Check the assortment in the presence of the carrier

2. If the packaging shows signs of damage, a damage report should be drawn up

3. If the product is inconsistent with the agreement or damaged, attach to the application

photographic documentation showing irregularities in the product

4. Any complaints related to the goods or the performance of the contract,

can be sent in writing to our address

We will agree on a detailed complaint method, helping you to choose the most favorable procedure.

5. The complaint should contain a description of the problem.

please inform us if your product arrives:
- damaged (e.g. cracked or bruised)
- incomplete (e.g. some elements are missing from the set)
- not in accordance with the product description (e.g. it has different dimensions)
- is not suitable for the purpose for which it is normally used
- which does not meet your expectations, which result from the assurances of the seller or the manufacturer (e.g. the chair is not comfortable)

6. Within 14 days from the date of the request containing the complaint, we will respond to the complaint of the goods or the complaint related to the performance of the contract reported by you

7 . It is possible to order a courier company through us, which will collect the advertised goods at our expense and at a time convenient for you

 

8. If a product has been granted a warranty, information about it, as well as its content, will be included in the product description in the Store.

We would also like to inform you that the complaint will not be accepted in the case of:

- any change of the goods in terms of structure, quality and quantity

- incorrect installation of the product

- the use of the product contrary to its intended use

- mechanical damage caused by the customer

- wear of the product resulting from its natural use

RETURNS

Dear customer, in order to return the goods, in connection with the withdrawal from a distance contract by the consumer (in accordance with the content of Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 - on consumer rights), you should:

1.Fill in and send to our address "document of return of goods" (the form was attached to the package), or issue a written declaration of willingness to withdraw from the concluded contract, stating:

- name and surname

- address

- order number

- bank account number to which the money is to be returned

2 . attach to the shipment with the goods;

- completed form or declaration

- proof of purchase of the goods

3. Send back the parcel within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

RETURNED GOODS MUST BE FULL VALUE, ie IN THE CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU.
